About Me

My name is Reesheemah D. Partyka (formerly Reesheemah Whiten), and I was born and raised in beautiful Frederick, Maryland. In fact, I’ve lived in Frederick my whole life, save the 4 years I spent earning an undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. So, as you can guess, I know Frederick County!! I’m also very familiar with Frederick’s neighboring counties- Montgomery and Washington Counties.
