- Informing buyers of financing options.
- Helping buyers get pre-qualified and pre-approved with a lender
before making an offer.
- Hold Open Houses with a lender onsite to provide pre-approvals.
Serve as your Experienced Negotiator
- Advise you on the merits of the offers submitted.
- Representing your best interests in all negotiations and facilitating
the negotiations of any buyers counter offer to you and vice versa.
Act as your Transaction Coordinator
- Oversee the entire closing process.
- Keep you consistently informed of the status of the closing.
- Review all the documents for accuracy.
- Assisting you with calculating your proceeds after the sale,
and coordinating settlement for the sale of your home with settlement
for the purchase of your next home.
