Bring you Qualified Buyers

  • Informing buyers of financing options.

  • Helping buyers get pre-qualified and pre-approved with a lender before making an offer.

  • Hold Open Houses with a lender onsite to provide pre-approvals.


Serve as your Experienced Negotiator

  • Advise you on the merits of the offers submitted.

  • Representing your best interests in all negotiations and facilitating the negotiations of any buyers counter offer to you and vice versa.


Act as your Transaction Coordinator

  • Oversee the entire closing process.

  • Keep you consistently informed of the status of the closing.

  • Review all the documents for accuracy.

  • Assisting you with calculating your proceeds after the sale, and coordinating settlement for the sale of your home with settlement for the purchase of your next home.
